• In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems.
• Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.
• No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
• For this engagement, domain expertise is essential, but prior paid experience with human data work for AI models — including data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI response evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading — is also required.
• Please note that simply using AI tools like ChatGPT in your day-to-day work does not fulfill this requirement.
• Scope of Work Evaluate AI-generated output on CRM workflows, sales processes, and automation logic for accuracy and alignment with real-world business practices.
• Review, analyze, and annotate CRM data, records, and user interactions to advance AI training objectives.
