• Role Title: Revenue Operations & CRM Systems Specialist (SaaS) Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote micro1 is engaging Revenue Operations & CRM Systems Specialists (SaaS) to participate in a customer's complex systems alignment project.
• In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems.
• Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.
• No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
• Scope of Work Analyze CRM, billing, and ticketing data to identify areas where operational logic and policies are out of alignment.
• Surface and document instances of policy conflicts, outdated automations, duplicate entities, permissions mismatches, and ambiguous or undocumented processes.
• Draft precise operational prompts and recommendations that outline the correct handling of complex or ambiguous scenarios within the SaaS revenue stack.
• Evaluate and articulate the desired state of underlying data, correcting discrepancies and ensuring logical consistency across systems.
