• You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, proactively address customer needs, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

• Requirements 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, Customer Experience Manager, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
