• What you’ll do Design sourcing strategies: Find, engage and assess candidates utilizing different social media platforms, tools, and techniques.
• Craft and monitor recruitment campaigns to ensure peak efficiency.
• Partner with Recruiters, and HRs to align on position requirements and act as SME for the talent market.
• Market map and ensure TechBiz Global has healthy talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
