• The Overseas Virtual Assistant will provide administrative, customer service, and operational support to the personal lines insurance team.
• This role ensures smooth daily workflow by assisting with policy processing, client communication, documentation management, and follow-up activities.
• The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with insurance systems, and able to deliver professional service in a fast-paced environment.
• Key Responsibilities Closing Obtain payment information from the Account Manager.
• Confirm policy effective dates.
• Bind policies for home, auto, umbrella, PAF, and other applicable lines.
• Download RCEs, applications, policies/DEC pages, and invoices (when provided by the carrier).
• Create invoices in EZLynx when the carrier does not provide one.
